Responsible for working with existing sales accounts and potential new customers in a specific geographic region to increase share and penetrate new markets/ applications with the Power Transmission Solutions products.
The National Eye Care Specialist will lead, sell and promote one or all Eye Care product lines North America Field Sales; in addition, will have personal sales responsibility for Eye Care sales in assigned National Accounts.
In this role, the selected candidate will attend and support trade shows within the assigned territory, make recommendations on what shows to attend; assist in the establishment of budgets (sales, costs and margins) and assure that budgeted commitments are met.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of outside sales teams with the overall goal to meet and exceed budgeted revenue of unit growth for sales region. Focus would be on new business and development of existing business.
The Territory Manager maintains and expands relationships with customers of the organization, accountable for direct sales of new/existing products, develop and implement strategic sales plans to maintain and grow the business to exceed sales goals and performance expectations of the organization by performing the following duties.
Demonstrate financial ability to develop and manage operational and capital budgets; create and implement savings initiatives across the portfolio and have financial responsibility for annual operating / maintenance budgets.
Develop and execute the respective Distributor, Regional Chain and Key Operator account business plans as they relate to our current volume goals, strategies, focus categories and budgetary constraints.
