This Regional NA HR Manager role is based in Seattle, WA and will partner with Leaders of NA Operations and Quality to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives across the network including talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee relations and engagement.
In this role, you will collaborative relationships within a matrix organization and preparing the analysis summary of project opportunities to determine the priority and feasibility of potential projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide senior professional level HR consultation to appointing authorities, senior managers and supervisors on the full scope of human resource issues and topics such as appointments, staff movement, organizational structure and alignment, classification, compensation, leave, performance management, investigation, just cause process, labor relations, compliance with state and federal employment laws and rules.
The HR Manager is directly involved with management team leadership, supervisors and employees in handling personnel issues including corrective action process. The HR Manager is expected to work pro-actively to ensure all company policies and procedures are handled during this sensitive process; while providing performance counseling to the unit and employee.
The Program Manager role is critical in executing our program and project initiatives (both existing and new), while providing great internal customer support and driving consistency, help us build systems and drive excellence in process improvement.
