In this role, you will provide technical research, assistance and/or training to serve the user community; develop and sustain metrics to measure performance to plan for portfolios, programs and projects.
The primary goal of the L&D team is to develop training that targets the challenges that Ops Tech IT will face in the future. To build this type of development program a solid job skills analysis is necessary as a foundation to build upon. In this role you will work with the L&D manager to develop and carry out this systematic job analysis.
The ideal candidate understands the fundamental data and metrics of portfolios, programs and projects. This Analyst also has significant experience creating PMO-related reports and can act as the custodian of our PMO data.
In this role, you will maintain a comprehensive knowledge of overall project budget and financial status. Work with project managers to establish budgets which meet company guidelines. Enter budgets into our accounting systems and update frequently as changes are made.
