In this role, you will be responsible for
helping to identify issues for legal review, locating information and data custodians needed for litigation defense; scheduling and participating in meetings and interviews.
The ideal candidate will have experience with formation of new entities, mergers & acquisitions, board and stockholder actions, minute books, stock ledgers, UCC filings, "blue sky" and other state and federal filings.

In this role, the selected candidate will conduct witness interviews and retrieve relevant information, including documents, through witnesses and subpoenas; draft preliminary pleadings, motions, and case evaluations subject to attorney review.
This position requires experience in large complex commercial litigation and knowledge of discovery and trial procedures. This paralegal will conduct factual investigations and be responsible for all phases of discovery. This paralegal will work directly with clients, in-house counsel and opposing counsel.
In this role, you will work well under pressure, work independently, and effectively communicate with clients and all levels of firm personnel. Requires a ba degree and at least three years of relevant trademark experience or equivalent.
