The Service Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of projects that fall within their specified region and Line Of Business (LOB) to ensure client satisfaction and the successful and profitable implementation of projects.
Work directly with people managers to implement standard operating procedures with an emphasis on customer experience and creative quality. Engage with business partners to ensure crisp communication between requests and designers.
Design, develop and consistently administer a disciplined, data driven operations platform that supports the security teams assurance work across a wide range of security domains, levels of complexity and customer teams.
Lead pilot studies to gather relevant data and inform the development of relevant products.
Engage with internal and external business teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance and service.
In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external customers to support sales and print initiatives. Train, mentor, lead and discipline staff. Schedule and manage production workflow, employees and equipment to ensure quality production and on time delivery.
As Area Manager your knowledge of the various scopes of work performed (Operations, P&L'S, Management) is required; responsibilities and experience would include managing daily operations, safety, admin, maintenance, and business development.
In this role, the selected candidate must have strong knowledge of the technology ecosystem for digital marketing and analytics, including solutions used for Tag management, A/B testing, Analytics, Personalization and Advertising.
