As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, as well as the promotion and sales of industrial solutions to new and existing customers. Additional objectives include handling customer inquiries, recommending strategic solutions, in addition to developing and maintaining successful relationships with customers.
Responsible for successful sales execution within a defined region, are at the forefront of the clients sales initiatives and will be part of an integrated sales and services team approach focused on continuing high-growth success.

Responsible for identifying and routinely meeting with appropriate stakeholders across academic institutions and additional identified accounts to educate on axi-cel and logistically support the utilization of the therapy post FDA approval.
Determine the appropriate learning delivery vehicle(s) to achieve the desired result, within the context of the overall project goals (i.e.: instructor-led, leader-led, on demand e-learning, webinar, video, etc.) .
Improve efficiency and promote a consistent look and feel for worldwide enablement programs by developing and documenting best practices, creating templates, and promoting knowledge sharing between Sales Enablement team members.
Establishes, communicates and holds direct and matrix team accountability for contract terms, program budgets, schedules, operational activities and performance metrics to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
