The role of the Plant Manager will have operational responsibility and accountability for production line(s) in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment You will provide leadership and implement organizational strategies in production area(s) to meet safety, quality and production design goals in addition to cost objectives, product/technology development, and promoting a strong team atmosphere.
Supervises employees who install, maintain, and repair industrial processing and manufacturing equipment. Responsible for overall facilities maintenance and planning, including but not limited to grounds and permitting, machine and tooling upkeep and janitorial services.
The Project Manager will lead major projects, develop client relationships, deliver projects according to client needs and budget, lead concept development of building systems, and guide a team of engineers.
Develop a high performance team of managers and individual contributors, a strong technical problem solving ability, excellent project management skills, and an internal motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment.
Work closely with all plant staff, engineering, finance and accounting, product development, packaging and process, sales and marketing, supply chain/planning/transportation, procurement, regulatory agencies, third party vendors and contractors, and customers.
