The Sourcing Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing mid to senior level Recruiting talent and managing a full cycle desk for entry level recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and for the HR Services team.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a solid understanding and ability to apply object-oriented design, performant data structures, and software design patterns; strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment.

provide expert level consultation to supervisors and managers in the areas of classification, compensation, recruitment, equal opportunity and affirmative action, family medical leave/shared leave, reasonable accommodation, collective bargaining, performance management, investigations and discipline.
In this role, you will build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
In this role, you will work in partnership with hiring managers and other recruiters to find and select candidates against multiple profiles for HR roles in support of our lines of business: AWS, Consumer, Video/Music/Advertising, Digital/Kindle/Alexa or our Central HR functions.
