Responsible for partnering with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team(s) to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Coordinates recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources.

Communicate HR initiatives and serve as a liaison between partner groups and HR functional areas regarding service delivery. Proactively maintain an open line of communication with managers and employees on HR service-related issues.
Provide practical, consistent and proactive support, direction and advice to other managers on HR procedure, policy, best practice, employment rewards, benefits and legislation to facilitate in achieving the objectives and targets of an organization.
Deliver effective guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to all levels of management regarding department goals and objectives. Participate in department reviews and partner with the business leaders on measuring and evaluating performance in areas of focus.
Facilitating the resolution of Human Resources issues in a timely manner and thrive in periods of intense activity. Responsible for coaching and directing performance management, employee relations, terminations and conflict resolution.
The HRM role will drive successful delivery of HR programs and processes. This includes acting as a trusted advisor to managers to help manage change, onboard and further strengthen manager capability.
