In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for working with internal partners to build consensus around solutions and drive the voice of the seller into all activities impacting and relating to customer success.
As the leader of this team, you will hand pick and build a team of business intelligence engineers and analysts to work in a collaborative environment with our broader team of data and application engineers, product owners, designers and strategists.
This role will require hands on implementation, project management, data analysis, and creative problem solving. Additionally, this role requires cross team collaboration with marketing and product managers and will have a large sphere of influence over other teams and groups.
In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for the customer, expand client relationships, oversee integrated account team execution, and ensure we meet or exceed customer expectations.
In this role, the selected candidate will assess business and technical requirements for on device engagement activities while authoring business justification documents for programs and processes to improve the customer experience.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with cross functional organizations like Brand, Acquisition Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Analytics Teams, Business Intelligence, and Marcomm to develop a holisitic customer value proposition.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner closely with key stakeholders across the company (Kindle Unlimited, Audible, Goodreads, Kindle Device teams) to craft our overall engagement strategies and product roadmap.
