The role will be responsible for identifying, executing and measuring both short and long term strategic initiatives within the Marketplace Technology team to improve diversity with a focus on Community and Education.
You will diagnose Amazon processes, identify improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies and guide the improvement effort. This leader is also responsible for developing senior leaders through day one associates in ACES process thinking and managing all of these groups through influence.
In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end. Responsibilities include ownership of a delivery program, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.
Cross-team collaboration to manage key initiatives delivery. Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs. · Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up.
You will also help design the program road map for future global roll out and program charter, and serve as a primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will develop and maintain metrics and a dashboard to easily communicate program status to primary stakeholders on a regular basis.
