In this role, the selected candidate will provide key information to budget holders by reviewing, reporting and discussing Domain specific inputs on financial outlook, delivery, and costs; oversee the monthly management accounts and reporting process for the Domain and ensure alignment with the subsidiaries.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Commercial Lending and Capital Markets accounting groups. Contribute to the efficiency of commercial lending and capital markets accounting groups by participating in cross training, sharing job responsibilities, and serving as position backup for direct reports, other Division Controllers, and Deputy Controller. Develop staff through performance management, goal setting, training, and effective employee relations.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage fixed asset ledger to ensure compliance with budget and capital asset acquisition policies, lead the credit & collections team, inspire them to make sales while keeping credit risk at a reasonable level.
In this role, you will be responsible for
planning and participating in the annual financial budget process. Providing training to non-financial personnel on internal control compliance, accounting procedures and financial statement review.
