In this role, you will lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level agile transformations consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead critical projects that remove waste from our fulfillment processes, improve the link between operations and multiple business teams ranging from supply chain to retail to controls engineering and provide world class problem solving minds and methodologies to delight the amazon customer.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to develop training materials and effectively deliver those materials in a team environment to ensure employees throughout the facility are trained in cI concepts and philosophy.
In this role, the selected candidate must have Mastery of Analytical Problem solving tools including Statistical Hypothesis testing, DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, Simulation, Queueing Analysis, flow optimization.
In this role, the selected candidate will drive process development, share best practices, and drive standardization across North America Logistics processes using strong process management and Lean principles.
