Oversee the Portfolio Management program and Project Systems Support including the Capital budgeting process, Business Case Analysis process, Capital project prioritization and selection, and development of Capital funding plan.
Works closely with clinical and support staff of medical center departments, faculty medical directors, and medical center management and administrative staff to develop the program requirements for medical center projects.
Manage projects of various sizes and scope and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors representing Construction and Facilities Team.
The Data Center Development (DCD) CTM will coordinate with the Data Center Engineering (DCE) team and supporting specialty consultants to update and edit the Basis of Design (BOD). In managing the delivery of projects, this position aligns team objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts with the Data Center Development Project Strategy.
The Construction Manager coordinates all on-site construction activities, maintains the job site office, closes out projects, and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.
