Analyze and determine cost reduction opportunities by leveraging volumes, optimizing the supplier base and reducing total cost of ownership; lead sourcing engagements and competitive bidding (RFI, RFQ, and RFP).
Act as the business owner for the third party marketplace of the Tools category, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact our business (forecasting and planning sales growth, auditing and reporting on the category's core input metrics, along with responsibility for driving strategic projects to achieve business objectives).
As leader of these teams, s/he is responsible for building strategic relationships with key vendor partners and third party platform sellers, terms negotiations, driving new selection additions, driving systematic improvements to inventory management, pricing optimization, content creation and optimization and identifying and championing new opportunities to grow the business and delight customers.

Work closely with Pure Play E-Retailers to develop and implement effective category and shopper based strategies and tactics that help deliver sales and profit plans. Identify category opportunities and develop category reviews, programs and plans that drive growth.
Managing a broad portfolio of products with full ownership of category development. Developing the global product road map for the Consumables Private Brands program and working closely with both domestic and international key stakeholders.

Define and deploy marketing campaigns and lead management campaigns designed to grow end user market or increase market share in product category, with specificity around product growth, share gain and market making with in strategic verticals.
