The Business Analyst II is an integral part of a dynamic development team, bridging business needs with systems solutions. This position is responsible for employing business, systems, data and process analysis techniques to elicit requirements, align stakeholders, and design and implement optimal systems solutions.
In this position, you will manage a team of both permanent and borrowed resources and oversee the timeliness, accuracy and quality of their work. Additionally, you will also support select Business Operations activities such as budgeting, governance, and team communications.
This position is responsible for programming: Creating databases (SQL), application development (SQL backend and various front end technologies), automating processes in internal systems through scripting.
In this role, you will monitor existing metrics as well as develop and propose new metrics, working across the Seller Support organization to make actionable intelligence available to business stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with or willing to learn advanced SQL query design and data mining techniques, have strong analytical and communication skills, and have a passion for using data to drive business decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing visualizations using Tableau, script or other tools which allows users throughout the network the ability to graphically understand issues the team is seeing as well as action items to solve these issues.
In this role, you will perform reconciliations on deduction and contribution files between vendors and payroll. Identify discrepancies, research root case, and update data feeds to resolve issues systematically.
