In this role, the selected candidate will transform, clean, join and standardize data from multiple sources using SQL, Alteryx or other ETL tools; work closely with our Business Partner team to ensure data integrity, completeness and relevance.
Develop models to predict customer engagement and targeting models to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) and downstream impact (DSI); work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to define the business expansion strategy.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist; review, analyze, and evaluate electronic healthcare management systems and clinical user needs.
Analyze and understand the business process and communicate requirements by defining the business problem, identifying data requirements, translate business requirements into process design improvements and/or RPA requirements, design automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and techniques.
Facilitate execution of the business continuity methodology and risk assessment by interviewing business unit subject matter experts, writing reports and developing recommendations and plans for implementation.
Work with leadership, product managers, project managers, other business analysts, application developers, and HR partners at all levels across the globe in developing and maintaining sustainable business process configurations.
Work closely with corporate central teams like Recruitment analytics, HR Analytics and Ops, HRIS BI team and stay abreast of the latest; generate scheduled and ad hoc reports to support the Recruiting Leader needs.
Partner with the BI Manager, BI Engineers, and BI Analysts on building a best-in-class suite of tools and reporting mechanisms to bring the most salient, insightful data more directly into key business functions.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using third-party and in-house reporting tools, modeling metadata, building reports and dashboards, and administering the platform software.
