Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and indicate quality of final analysis; act as a liaison between IT and business units by opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve business unit satisfaction with IT.
Assists with eliciting requirements using the following activities methods and tools: interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process analysis, use cases, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
This Business Analyst will be responsible for facilitating business change management by documenting business requirements and process flow diagrams, in addition to other appropriate standard analysis artifacts.
The candidate will work closely with end users, business unit representatives, Information System resources and others in all stages of the project lifecycle including discovery, design, construction, transition, and implementation.
Works with business customers to understand existing processes and problems as well as new requirements and then applies knowledge of the application suite to develop improved processes and system specifications.
A successful candidate knows and loves working with BI tools, is comfortable accessing and working with data from multiple sources, and can partner with internal stakeholders to help drive the business.
