The Region Territory Manager will work in an account team structure and will partner with the Regional Reimbursement Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Medical Science Liaisons, and others within the team to position the product(s) for fast uptake in the ophthalmology market.
Lead the PowerGen Operations team to accomplish production, safety, cost, and quality objectives through the coordinated efforts of multiple teams within the business. Establish and implement tactical and operational strategy to achieve division objectives.
Develop and implement manufacturing and asset strategies to ensure assets are aligned with business strategies; that ensure technology transfers are issue-free; as well as provide for reliable & flexible product availability while maximizing asset utilization.
Design of the control systems and control system communication networks to identify DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP)/RMF issues, as well as to complete the DoDI 8510 (DIACAP)/RMF.
Responsible for compliance with Sarbanes Oxley internal control procedures, annual operating budgets and periodic forecasts preparation, analysis of financial results and making of recommendations relative to decisions that add economic value to the corporation. Will be involved in cost accounting.
Responsible for managing the Division operational inventory to ensure adequate stocking levels for immediate production items and forecasting for future requirements. Will establish and implement standard/automated delivery procedures for just in time supplier stocking items.
Perform personnel management functions that include hiring, terminating, maintaining discipline, administering performance reviews and wage changes, and ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures.
