This Regional Manager Business Development (RMBD) position will be responsible for sales in the Columbia, Charleston, and Savannah areas. This position is responsible for the management of a sales team and the attainment of a regional revenue budget.
This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps.
The Territory manager will identify opportunities for sales growth potential by market which includes conducting market studies, examination of sales trend statistics and developing pricing strategies.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with existing manufacturer's reps throughout the territory while maintaining and growing the relationships with the electrical wholesale distributors.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate and conducts investigations to identify loss of company assets by researching exception reports, conducting surveillances, working with respective Store Operations.
