Oversee the Human Resources function providing direction, long - term planning, and strategic direction on two fronts. Implement industry best practices to recruit, manage, and develop acquisition and retention strategies to position.
The HR Manager also works very closely with the business units HR team; building employee engagement by driving the development and attainment of business strategies and plans through strategic HR planning, change management, organizational design and talent management.
Manage all aspects of the HR department including administration, legal compliance, policy/procedure enforcement, benefits, compensation, hiring, retention and termination ensuring in line with corporate HR policies and directives.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide strategic direction and input regarding overall Human Resource strategies that support the culture, company direction, and the growth needs of the business and employees.
