In this position, you will develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision makers Human Capital Management needs, determining which products are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.
Attends and actively participates in all required meetings and training programs. Continuously improves selling skills, including product and competitor knowledge. Carries out in a legally compliant manner all sales and marketing programs including occasional evening and weekend events, when approved.
Provide complex and technical information to ensure awareness and appropriate use of Avanirs products to designated specialty physicians, medical group practices, hospitals and other health care professionals.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation opportunities.
