Reporting problems to appropriate engineers; resolving customer service issues; and assisting in implementing solutions; collecting drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.
Support all required engineering activities for the entire Systems Engineering lifecycle including but not limited to architecture development, engineering integration, test planning, engineering/logistic execution, and technical/acquisition documentation.
Monitor and adjust the production process using statistical process control through analysis of processing parameters and metallurgical testing results to insure that all requirements, both internal and external, are met.
Provide Technical Assistance (TA) reports for all support provided to DCGS-N FoS Help Desk Customers. Support program management integration, systems engineering, and testing to resolve system CASREP issues. This may include CONUS and OCONUS travel to both shore and ship sites to support urgent operational requirements.
