Provide market feedback to internal teams regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas; planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
The Associate Account Executive plays an important role in achieving both team and individual sales goals on an on - going basis. The Associate Account Executive will work with the Enterprise sales team and sales management to develop and execute a territory plan for the Enterprise inside accounts.
Maintain awareness of implementation schedules of products/services and work with Implementation Manager to anticipate and proactively address potential implementation issues with the organizations executive sponsor and leadership team as required.

Work across internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Professional Services, Customer Support, Legal, and SDO to develop and maintain and up-to-date knowledge library.
