The Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial banking clients who require financial services and products to meet their needs. In addition to being the primary point of contact and key financial advisor for the client, the SRM is accountable for prospecting new business and retaining and deepening existing relationships.
In this role, the selected candidate will confirm project scope and requirements, assist in project prioritization, monitor and manage project progress, and support project implementation, with the goal of driving efficient, high quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and closing new services business, assisting the sales rep and sales manager in closing cloud/license deals, maintaining relationships with clients in the region and monitoring the performance of projects in the region.
Train and motivate channel/distribution/rep organizations to optimize achievement of sales goals via their supplementary efforts; monitor competitive activity and industry trends, fosters competitive solutions to meet sales goals.
Oversee and improve quality aspects of special batches and new product launches by complying with commercialization process; drives food safety/quality risk assessments, participation in planning/execution and reviewing required samples and data, determining proper specifications and ensuring execution of specifications.
