The Sr. Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions, including a variety of Software Engineers and Software QA Engineers. The right candidate will work with a recruiting team and partner with business teams in order to identify and close qualified candidates for our dynamic and growing business.
The selected candidate will facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
In this role, the selected candidate will be building deep partnerships with Technical Managers to understand their teams hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics.
In this role, you will partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
In this role, the selected candidate will leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions.
In this role, the selected candidate prepares sourcing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; updates Technology knowledge/terminologies by reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations/groups.
In this role, the selected candidate adds value to the candidate experience by going beyond the job description during phone screens, providing deeper insight into how the position fits within the candidates respective skill set as well as Prosper as a whole.
In this role, you will manage full life cycle recruiting in an environment where the quality of your hires trumps quantity. The selected candidate will also partner with Sourcing to build competitive intelligence, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and generate a pipeline of exceptional technical talent.
