This role will be responsible for supporting day to day supply chain activities, including but not limited to: drug order processing and status, processing and tracking purchase order requests, managing distribution related documentation, supporting label development process as required, among others.
In this role, the selected candidate will review the demos of existing systems, create requirement documents, estimate effort, review test design/plans and test cases, ensure optimum test environment is setup, and coordinate with client and internal team on status updates WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in testing WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of client.
Plan and purchase inventory to maximize in-stock levels, and inventory turn while minimizing overstocks. Work with sourcing and merchandising to identify risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.
Candidate will coordinate the planning, provision, and implementation of hardware and science processing equipment, materials, chemicals, and supplies supporting the preparation and processing of science payload experiments aboard NASA and/or commercial spacecraft and the International Space Station.
Work with suppliers to deliver risk mitigations such as supplier business continuity / disaster recovery plans by managing suppliers to create plans, judge plans for risks and negotiate with suppliers to reduce risks.
