The Supervisor provides of support and coaching to staff members as indicated. This position will report to and collaborate with the Manager or Director regarding identified issues outside the Supervisors scope of authority.
Evaluates data such as job orders, product specifications, operations sheets, materials inventory lists, etc. to establish efficient allocation and scheduling of parts, materials, machines, and sequences of operations and workflow.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead cell/department activities and associates to ensure a quality product is produced safely, in time for delivery and within budgeted costs; key contributor to leading and managing change within the plant.
Responsible for the supervision of all employees in the production department including participation with interviewing, hiring, promoting, employee evaluations, reprimands, and weekly/daily work schedules for the employees in the department.
Responsible for assuring personnel adheres to Company Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Productivity standards; responsible for process Improvement, and operational details relating to schedules, crew management, training and disciplining.
Supervise all maintenance department hourly employees on shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). Schedule maintenance employees as needed to service the needs of internal customers (manufacturing, packaging, distribution), while supporting manufacturing and distribution to ensure the company meets/exceeds company goals and targets while minimizing OT.
The ideal candidate will be reporting to the General Manager and will be responsible for operational aspects which include supervising a staff of up to twenty personnel, scheduling work, maintaining safety vehicles, product, and personnel training.
Responsible for processing all human resources required, review procedures for all maintenance department employees; review, analyze, and enter all work order requests and assign to appropriate personnel.
Develops and implements all technical related policies and procedures. Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the technical lab, including oversight of quality assurance/quality control, customer service, problem solving and occurrence management, safety, process improvement and supervision of Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) personnel.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervision of the daily work flow of pharmacy operations and activities to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate levels of operation as well as assuring compliance to established policies and procedures, laws, and regulations.
