This DevOps Engineering role is responsible for creating automation and infrastructure around build engineering, continuous integration, test automation, deployment automation, capacity planning and provisioning, monitoring and alerting. He/she enjoys building tools to help increase developer productivity and/or has prior experience building monitoring tools for large-scale distributed systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating new storage solutions, such as new hardware platforms and also new software administrative tools; creating documentation and defining processes for first-third level support.
In this position, you will interface with outside vendors and internal hardware, mechanical, power, thermal and software engineers to understand system architecture to develop and execute the test suites for various architectures.
In this role, the selected candidate must have extensive knowledge of storage, server, and blade technology, processes, industry expertise and consultative sales skills to assess and educate customers on value of storage infrastructure and management.
