Direct and motivate teams through all phases of a single large project or multiple projects being managed by Project Managers and Project Engineers. Celebrate when things go well; problem solve when they dont.
Serves as the overall principal compensation program manager responsible for tracking all short-term and long-term incentive plan targets, participants, and awards to ensure proper accruals, calculations and communications. Partners with finance and tax to report information for accounting adjustments as necessary.
Develops and implements detailed project plans, including new products, conversion/integration, merger projects and other projects as assigned with minimal direction from project stakeholders. Independently manages the planning, documenting, testing and evaluations.
Responsible for the research, coordination and management of assigned projects for a specific business. Scope of projects may include (but is not limited to) simplifying processes, improving efficiencies, and addressing issues arising from changing business needs, compliance issues, installation or coordination of emerging technologies, new systems and applications etc.
Leads development of operational risk testing processes, tools, and controls with input from/consideration of Group team leaders requirements and needs. Conducts quality assurance reviews to evaluate group compliance with controls.
Manage multiple technical projects including scope definition, planning and execution. This includes creation and communication of end-to-end project plans, clearly outlining dependencies and ownership.
