In this role, the candidate will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will work closely with the SMB Revenue organization to understand the business intelligence and insights needs of all end users, from representatives on the sales floor to the executive leadership team.
