This position is responsible to provide day to day EHS support to branch leadership and operating teams within designated Region. Support includes coaching, teaching and training field personnel on safe operating behaviors and the design, development and implementation of safety and risk control programs.
Ensures a consistent Safety Culture throughout the locations that incorporate operations, safety and maintenance departments and emphasizes the team approach and individual responsibility of all employees to achieve common goals.
The Manager of Patient Safety Officer and Regulatory Readiness directs programs involving initiatives related to providing safer care to patients. Provides information to various key stakeholders on the progress and status of described programs/initiatives.
As a key leader, the Manager of Patient Safety Officer and Regulatory Readiness is expected to work with the Senior Director of Quality and other leaders in the SJMC organization to provide consultation, education, training and evaluation processes to ensure that the facility maintains a status of survey readiness and focus on specific national patient safety goal efforts.

In this role, you will develop, write, and edit communications for senior executives, including organizational and product narratives, speeches, emails, articles and slide presentations. Distill complex subjects into coherent and easy-to-understand language. .
