The Regional Sales Director Hematology will be responsible for managing the business within the Western US, covering multiple states through a team of Specialty Sales Representatives. The Regional Sales Director/s will report directly to the National Sales Director.
We're looking for a track record of proven sales success in Enterprise Software - Big Data, Database, Analytics / Business Intelligence, Applications, Data Warehouse, Professional Services organizations, or Cloud providers who are focused on Big Data solutions.
Responsible for the motivation, training, and leadership of the Sales team to attain sales goals and corporate revenue growth. Responsible for the leadership, management, and strategic development of the team.
Provide information and support for District Managers to manage and support Key Accounts in their geographic area of responsibility; work with RVP on strategies relative to sales territory coverage, rate initiatives, fleet on rent goals, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive solid conversation with everyone in the C-Suite as well as with software developers, Marketing, Sales and IT architects.
