The Bariatric Program Dietitian has a dual reporting relationship, they will report to the Director of Nutrition Services or designee for clinical support and to the Bariatric Program Manager for non-clinical support.
Responsible to provide the Project Manager with assistance required to attain or exceed the project operating income, project execution plan and customer satisfaction goals. Day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to, job costing, estimating, billings, labor management and tracking, enhancing customer relationships, scheduling and purchasing responsibilities.
Act as primary customer interface from receipt of order until customer acceptance; provide operator and maintenance training to customer personnel; define a technically accurate product configuration, solution and scope.
Work with project team to finalize and update project specific schedule durations and milestones on a regular basis, ensuring the Project Plan of Record is accurately reflected in the database of projects(DBOP).
Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of IS technical projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or work-flows with moderate to high risk and complexity in one or more project (s).
Responsibilities include providing technical expertise, management, and leadership to the mechanical project team; attending client meetings; performing construction phase services; mentoring less experienced staff; assisting with the development of engineering agreements; and business development.
The program coordinator conducts patient studies to evaluate activities and outcomes, manages policies and protocols, and reviews current best practice through use of nationally recognized guidelines and ongoing education.
