The New Product Development Manager - Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering new product development and launches on time. The position performs project management support which includes troubleshooting issues to solutions, facilitating both internal and external coordination with partners, and accountability for timely delivery of projects and initiatives. In addition, the Project Manager provides contingency planning to mitigate risks.
As a key member of the product management division, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, UX, Demo Engineering, and Product Marketing to ensure a competitive, compelling, next-generation user experience.
This role will see the individual be given a number of enterprise accounts to manage. The aim is to become the go to person, so that you can branch out into other areas of the business to sell other solutions, as well as upsell the existing services including Enterprise Platforms, Consumer Solutions, IoT, Analytics, and more.
Drive adoption by training sales reps on the best practice of the company CRM salesforce.com and answer any questions they have regarding standard processes, prepare adhoc analyses to aid sales management in running the business and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Manage and oversee the compliance of clinical biospecimen management through tracking the receipt, distribution, storage, use, and destruction; manage informed consent and sample retention times via the Labmatrix biospecimen management system.
Review and provide input for Terms & Conditions (T&C) in Professional Fee contracts. Make the proper adjustments to engagement terms, dates, company names, payment conditions, tables and account classification.
Evolve the current product portfolio in order to drive platform innovation and competitive differentiation to protect and grow revenue; create User Stories and document product requirements; develop well-formed features specifications and acceptance criteria.
