Directly supervises show Producers and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this unit. In addition to Executive Producer oversight and management duties,candidate must be able to step-in and produce a newscast if/when needed, and be able to do it with the highest level of production and news value
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a forward-thinking, enterprise-wide solution for managing internal meetings and events, lead and build a team to customize and ensure a successful end user experience with our conference rooms and technology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
managing user-generated content and adapting other material from bloggers and third-party content providers for the Web - all under deadline pressure. Producer will take editorial directions from the Director of Digital Media Operations and the Digital Managing Editor.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain awareness of new developments or changes with the various carriers and new Federal/State laws that may affect how our clients must administer their benefit programs, and communicate this information to clients and team members.
In this role, the selected candidate will set appointments and personally meets with prospects and clients, conducts in depth dialogue and develops a positive business relationship built on mutual trust.
In this role, you will actively function as a mentor to other producers in the department, including training and managing mid level and junior producers. This includes overseeing shoots, supervising some levels of prep and post production.
This role is best suited for someone who is dynamic, flexible, independent, and a leader in heart and mind. This role is located in our Menlo Park office, and reports to our Executive Producer, on the Factory.
