The Physician will help implement a new care delivery model focused on a differentiated patient experience and provide the clinical oversight to the Facebook Health Clinic. In this capacity, the Physician is responsible for meeting all clinical, administrative, and financial performance metrics.

Evaluates and treats patients with acute, chronic complaints and health maintenance concerns; obtains complete histories and performs pertinent physical exams with assessment of normal and abnormal findings on new and return patients; performs or requests and evaluates diagnostic studies.
Answer questions regarding surgery or procedures, recovery and risk factor modification; provides blood transfusion information as applicable; performs peri-operative procedures; locates and utilizes diagnostic images, instruments and pertinent patient information.
Perform and participates in Quality Assurance activities such as monthly review of physician charts for quality checks, tracking and trending of results and on-going quality improvement and training of reviewers.
The Physician Account Executive is responsible for growing current business and targeting and securing profitable new business by building relationships, opening new business and driving new sales growth; the physician account executive has call point ownership of certain accounts.
Planning and supervising provision of treatment for patients (including regular review and notes in the patients record) according to state guidelines with a strong emphasis on quality & customer service.
Support overall growth strategies within their assigned geography or service line and will market the clinical enterprise, write sales and growth plans, respond to referral issues, identify needs of referral sources, and report findings to medical center leadership.
Provides medical services including taking a history and physical examination for both the primary care program and the narcotic replacement therapy program, and performs appropriate follow-up on patients' medical issues as indicated.
Performs admission evaluation on patients to include: obtaining basic medical information and history, reviewing patient's medical record, performing physical exam, documenting findings into patient medical record, and reporting deviations from normal findings to attending physician.
