The HR Director (Senior Manager position as well) is one of the strategic business partners to the Genetic Sciences Division (GSD) business unit and functional leaders and their teams to translate business strategy into HR strategy and organizational needs to HR solutions and plans.

The selected candidate will develops and implements best in class policies, programs, services, including but not limited to: workforce planning; employee relations and communications; training, development, and succession planning; recruitment, talent management, and retention; compensation and benefits; employment practices, legal compliance and procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop standard operating procedures and processes to maintain a high level of measured HR delivery to policies, procedures and employee/labor relations efforts.
