The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing a variety of Human Resources services in support of the manufacturing operations and the departmental day-to-day activities with general guidance from Human Resource Leadership.
In this role, the selected candidate will consistently supports Company policy by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive site human resources support and you will be the people expert - the business partner to senior leaders as they work on growing and developing their workforce in a rapidly growing, fast paced environment.
