Looking for a Director, Product Marketing Contact Center located in San Jose, CA to lead our Contact Center product portfolio and be responsible for overall product marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, go-to-market execution, as well as pricing, packaging, and messaging.

In this role, the selected candidate will lead and develop product marketing initiatives including content creation for B2B email and retargeting campaigns, industry events, product positioning, and product messaging.
In this role, you will partner with our CMO and VP of Product Marketing and independently drive large areas of our go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, competitive analysis, thought leadership content, and product launches.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide leadership and direction to ensure that overall marketing function is effectively meeting the organization's strategic goals for a broad functional area.
In this role, you will be responsible for working cross functionally across account teams, professional services teams, sales operations, channel partners, SI/SOs, field/partner enablement teams, customers, and others to clearly communicate and deliver the business benefits of software-defined datacenter solutions as-a-service on the AWS Cloud.
