In this role, you will contribute to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by building, developing, and managing new and expanded existing relationships (typically high value) with Business Banking customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships in order to increase The Companys market share within high-density (HD) residential, senior housing and student housing. Strategic relationships include, key project owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors and industry consultants. S/he will work to identify new potential lead opportunities while also cultivating existing client relationships.
