The Client Service Representative II position requires a high level of client interaction in providing exceptional sales and service. Will handle many of the more routine and complex transactions within established policies and procedures.
Responsible for managing, tracking, closing and reporting progress on HR issue resolution; coordinates with broader HR teams (HRBP, HRC, COEs and/or country HR managers as appropriate) to ensure issues are resolved.
In this role, you will lead client team members and partners with other internal specialists to provide clients access to the full array of U.S. Trust capabilities and services, as required to meet their specific needs.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with the bank CEO/President and other key senior executive and operational decision makers by proactively meeting on-site. Understand the politics of clients organization in order to appropriately influence decision makers.
The ideal candidate is a senior-level individual contributor with a proven track record of new business development, adept at building relationships with senior finance executives, and conversant in positioning alternative lease structures and their importance in Lifecycle Management of IT assets.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide desk side support (hardware/software support & training); local & networked printer and MFP devices and other PC peripheral devices (e.g. Blackberries, Air cards etc.).
Demonstrates the ability to further develop existing business and executive level client relationships, cultivate new relationships, align with IT and Business Groups to uncover opportunities and develop solutions.
Act as a primary client contact on the daily development and implementation of marketing communications and advertising programs; coordinate all aspects of clients internal/external/digital/social marketing and media plans.
The Client Sales and Service Officer has primary responsibility for supporting all client post sales activities, by monitoring and executing all tasks required to fulfill the client service plan and meet day-to-day inquiries from the client.
In this role you must be able to shape and sell large, dynamic outsourced/project solutions. All Ciber Client Partners begin with an end in mind and are able to plan out a territory and execute accordingly.
Define and execute proactive strategies for National Accounts related to: products, services, and penetration goals; foster multi-dimensional and multi-functional, strategic relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
