The Chief Strategy Officer is responsible for leading and managing Sparks client-facing strategy practice. Strategy is an integral part of the companys overall service offerings and works with all departments across the company including Business Development, Creative, Events and Exhibits groups.
Oversee risk for all processes and sub-processes that relate to Ygrenes Contractor channel, sales distribution, and product presentation to customers.Set and maintain credit criteria and credit lines for contractor advances. Lead control infrastructure around all contractor advance programs including those provided by external partners.
This person will lead the charge for privacy programs, from operational implementation to strategic planning, and interfacing with regulators and public policy decision-makers. As a leader within the company, this role will report to the General Counsel.
Background in analytical data analysis, developing data models and preparing reports supporting data is required. Knowledge of database concepts, linking data tables, querying database, and Crystal Reports is also required. Knowledge of the healthcare business is preferred.
Coordinate, define and communicate integrated plans for the growth and development in all educational areas; the CAO is part of the Executive Team, but has close day-to-day interaction with and reporting responsibility to the Education Directors and Site Directors.
Manage license application process with USAs management team and outside legal counsel; advise on regulatory compliance, with emphasis on compliance with laws and requirements related to virtual currency.
