The CEO is accountable for leadership of all employees of a free-standing Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) and a new LTAC Hospital. Provide strategic leadership for the Hospitals by working with the Governing Boards and the leadership teams to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, procedures and policies.
In this role, the selected candidate will be communicating daily with internal and external customers, prospects, partners, and vendors while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist their executive in growing the business by facilitating Board meetings, preparing and presenting PowerPoint presentations, researching investments and portfolio companies, attending meetings with the CEO's behalf, calendaring and scheduling travel for the CEO.
In this role, you will provide science-based, innovative solutions in health and education, conducting grant-sponsored research and providing curriculum, materials, training, and evaluation to promote healthy choices.
The ideal candidate must possess a high level of integrity and trust, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team, staff members and the community.
