As an Executive Assistant, you will provide executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO.
Develops engagement strategies for physicians with the goal of building cohesion around a common clinical vision, aligning strategic and economic incentives, and advancing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
The Assistant will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship; and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage all communications and correspondences on behalf of the CEO and executive board; compose and draft correspondence for internal and external communications.
That best candidate will need relevant manufacturing experience in an annually certified quality control environment, will need to understand mechanical and electric engineering to a fair degree and be familiar with an outside sales channel involving agents and intermediaries depending on world region.
