In this role you will be part of our curriculum development team and provide support in the design and development of content for computer-based training and instructor-led courses. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to editing and formatting training materials to comply with established standards.
The RN will assess patient and family needs, develop a plan of care based on assessment, direct implementation of the plans of care for a group of patients, collaborate with the charge nurse and care team, and evaluate effectiveness of the care plan.
The selected candidate will serve as a clinical resource for patients, families, physicians, and facility staff for appropriate home placement, medication reconciliation, goals of care and identification of necessary support at home, as well as problem solving barriers or challenges related to the patient returning home.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify new targets, set meetings and organize in presentations, in full compliance with local regulations, to appropriate customer audience such as neurosurgeons, hospital CxO, department chair, neurology, urology & radiology.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the interdisciplinary team to implement the established plan of patient care and ensuring effective management of visit utilization and control of expenses.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain spreadsheets, contacts, distribution lists, etc; track, prioritize, and assign all incoming written and oral communications, as necessary, to appropriate person(s) for response.
In this role, you will be accountable for building relationships with prospective customers; Key interface in defining customer needs and company's ability to meet those needs through company solutions; Serve as the liaison between the customer and companyfor market feedback in regard to any issues or roadblocks to securing the business; Responsible for proposing and closing deals in the above mentioned solutions.
