In this role, the selected candidate will support company initiatives to achieve the Vision 2020 Company strategy and to deliver a high-performance, customer-centric culture; monitor performance goals for each store including customer count/retention, unit sales, CFNA (credit card) applications, telephone conversions and safety.
In this role, you will be responsible to performs day to day activities for maximum generation of sales in the territory. Includes demonstrations of products, follow-up, and closing of sales. Provides in-service support and on-going liaison with customers.
The In-Store Manager is responsible for managing and anticipating the needs of the branch, including driving sales, stellar customer service, complying with regulations and policy requirements, and facility management. In-Store Managers actively coach other employees, as well as lead indirectly by example, fostering a customer-centered branch environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data in the RPM Project Management System, and that the project management system is up to date, at all times, for your product categories and categories.
