The HR Training & Support Manager designs and develops electronic instructional material for the Learning Management System (LMS) that support the company's training needs, and can independently develop entry and advanced level electronic courses for both employees and providers.
The Training & Development Manager will be responsible for all training programs and must ensure that there are two collaborative programs operating at all times; new hire training and recurrent training.
In this role, the selected candidate will create an internal network of certified instructors and ensure their successful development and deployment across our sites and training programs; conduct and coordinate train-the-trainer sessions as required.
The Sales Manager provide strategic direction and managerial oversight of the development and production of sales tools, develops and deploys technologies for sales force efficiency and effectiveness, and develops and executes sales training programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for building an infrastructure that creates a robust talent pipeline within the US sales force, including accelerated development programs, rotational assignments, assessments, coaching, etc.
In this role, the candidate will work with other areas of the division and Company to find new methods of implementing training tools; manage sales campaigns and oversees tactical deployment of technology such as web, social media, CRM and multimedia presentations.
The position manages three key areas of training that include oversight of Profil On-boarding process, Clinical and Regulatory (GCP) training and, Clinical Operations training. This includes the development, implementation, administration, and documentation of training programs and plans, to ensure that staff are able to perform their relevant delegated duties during clinical trials in compliance with internal Profil standards, GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
