The Talent Acquisition Advisor supports the Stores through effective talent acquisition strategies for leadership positions. This position must leverage sourcing methods and drive best-in-class talent acquisition practices and processes.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop a consistent and creative flow of well-negotiated area/site specific sourcing options. Work closely with hiring managers and trainers to ensure corporate and site sales hiring processes are being followed and that appropriate candidate profiles are being identified.
