The Systems Programmer Analyst - Report Writer is responsible for projects from design development to implementation with key focuses on SQL based database and SQL report, dashboard development, and supporting documentation. This position provides Data Analytics for end to end business needs: Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
The role is responsible for supporting Oracle EBS R12 financial modules in a high-tech semiconductor fabless manufacturing solution, including Accounts Receivable, EBTax, SLA, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and related inventory intercompany transactions.
The Systems Analyst under the direction of the Manager of Applications Management manages Sharp Health Plans Management Information Systems (MIS) function necessary for the efficient administration of multiple products.
Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes in S&OP, MPS and MRP Planning.
The Business Systems Analyst reports to the Manager, Business Systems Integrations within Business Services. The Business Systems Analyst is expected to manage and support Sony Interactive Entertainment, WWS QA business systems as well as help lead and deliver on upcoming system and process improvement implementation efforts
Collects and defines user, technical and data requirements. Translates requirements into functional design documents for business and technical review. Analyzes end-to-end processes and reengineers business processes as needed.
Work closely with the SAP technical developers, basis, security, and other functional analysts for cross-functional delivery of complex solutions; follows established change control procedures for migration to QA and Production.
Schedules, coordinates, and facilitates requirements gathering sessions with the business to identify and drive complete requirements; documents requirements and work flow diagrams with focus on process improvements.
Implement Risk Management Framework (RMF), through the required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, JSIG, ICD etc.), make recommendations on process tailoring, participate in and document process activities.
Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and/or task and workflow analysis.
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business application and system needs and working with various levels of end-users to create specifications for systems and applications, coordinating ISD Projects with management, users, ISD staff and vendors.
