The Business System Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for the development and ongoing support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system programs. The Business System Senior Analyst identifies business problems and proposes solutions, creates functional system requirements,and technical design specifications.
In this role, you will work with functional subject matter experts to elicit and document current state processes and business requirements for process improvement initiatives and new business process integrations as a result of mergers and/or acquisitions.
The individual will be an analyst within the Intellectual Property Department's IP Operations team. Responsibilities include defining key requirement documents and processes, and developing and maintaining operating and expense metrics, reports, models and forecasts.
Perform as a cross functional team member and will work directly with Senior Leadership on project scoping and will be able to analyze, comprehend, and present large quantities of data and conclusions in an executive summary format.
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst, Quality Management Systems is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining Quality and Compliance solutions to business problems to improve business processes, develop systems and policies, improve user proficiency and promote system adoption in collaboration with key stakeholders.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting analysis of complex business initiatives and regulatory requirements for residential mortgage lending; support projects, programs and initiatives through planning and executing technology implementations or integrations, acceptance testing and business requirements analysis.
